1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Arexx Ltd website and trade portal located at arexxltd.com and form the basis of any trade account agreement between you ("the Customer") and Arexx Ltd ("the Company"). By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Trade Accounts

  • Access to pricing, stock levels and ordering is restricted to approved trade account holders only.
  • Applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
  • Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Arexx Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
  • You must be a registered business to hold a trade account.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are not binding until confirmed in writing by Arexx Ltd.
  • Minimum order values may apply and will be communicated at the time of account setup.
  • Arexx Ltd reserves the right to decline any order.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk in goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. For full delivery terms, please see our Delivery Information page.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
  • Credit accounts are subject to approval and a credit check.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
  • Arexx Ltd reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arexx Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and branding is the property of Arexx Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
